Hi, I'm Ari Garber, a New York based freelance Compositor, Compositing Supervisor, and VFX Supervisor on set.
I chose this career because I believe that film and digital media are where made images cast their widest net. I want to use my artistic talents to contribute to projects that speak to the moment, and bring joy to the masses.
Since launching my career ten years ago, I have worked in commercials, television, film, gaming, and other emerging mediums. Some of my note-worthy accomplishments include supervising Palm Royal for Apple TV, and working as the VFX Supervisor on-set for Power, books 2 and 3: Ghost and Raising Kanan. I have also contributed to numerous A list series and campaigns.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University with a double major in Visual Art and Comparative Literature. I love the beach, walking my dog, and being an (adopted) forever New Yorker.
